Project management software online

Use Visma Severa to manage both customer and internal development projects. Creating a project in Visma Severa takes less than a minute. If necessary, you can utilise information relating to the proposal or earlier projects as a template. The project monitoring and KPIs are always up-to-date, which helps you to take care of the overall schedules and project profitability.

Creation and pricing
Create, schedule, price and allocate resources to new projects quickly. Projects can be grouped by service package or project type using keywords.

Phasing and workloads
You can create the necessary number of phases or subprojects for the project and then specify the hour budgets and schedules for these. The phasing can be viewed as a tree or a Gantt chart.

Monitoring and KPIs
In Severa, all hour, pricing and invoicing information relating to the project is linked together. The profitability and progress of the projects as well as other KPIs can be monitored and compared without having to compile the information manually.

Document management and communications

Visma Severa helps manage and share documents required for carrying out the project. Instead of sending e-mails use the Extranet feature to share information about the degree of completion, amounts of hours or invoicing. The customer also has the opportunity to comment and save documents in the service

Extranet for customers
In addition to sharing project schedules to the customer, you can share files and provide the customer with access to the hour records, project status and other project information. The customer can upload documents to be viewed by the project team, provide comments and approve invoices.

Sharing documents
All documents relating to a project can be stored in Severa. Files can be saved in Visma Severa or Google Drive. In addition, the M-Files document management system is integrated into Severa.

Team calendars
You can create team calendars in Visma Severa, making it easier to arrange meetings and reserve the human resources available.
