Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 calendar synchronisation facilitates task management and hour recording. Thanks to the bidirectional exchange of information, activities created in Visma Severa are shown in the Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 calendar and vice versa.

Suitable for companies that:

  • have employees using a calendar for their daily time management.

Once the calendar synchronisation has been activated, each employee can activate the optional service independently. In the Professional version of Visma Severa, the calendar synchronisation requires the Activity management add-on in order to work. Activity management is part of the service in the Business and Enterprise versions.
