Calendar synchronisation with Google Calendar Sync facilitates task management and hour recording. Thanks to the bidirectional exchange of information, activities created in Visma Severa are shown in the Google calendar and vice versa.

Suitable for companies that:

  • have employees using a calendar for their daily time management.

In order to be able to synchronise the calendars, the company must be using Google Apps for Work. Once the calendar synchronisation has been activated in Severa, each employee can activate it independently.

In the Professional version of Visma Severa, the calendar synchronisation requires the Activity management add-on in order to work. Activity management is part of the service in the Business and Enterprise versions.
